Il Borgo

Il Borgo, which means "the village" in Italian, is comprised of six former farm buildings which housed the farmers and their families and stored their precious harvests. This is where the grapes fermented and olives were pressed. Il Borgo is home to the exceptional week long tour program known as Lessons of Tuscany where daily sightseeing to grand Tuscan cities such as Florence and Siena, Chianti vineyards tours and wine tastings, and dinner nightly are all included. Il Borgo also offers special courses in ceramics, Italian language, photography, watercolour, cooking and wine production from this magnificent location.
