The Rosenclaire House, built in the 1700s, is lovingly named after two women, Rose Shakinofsky and Claire Gavronsky, who so beautifully restored the house to its rustic charm in 1991. They also painstakingly uncovered the fresco in the living room. As artists from South Africa, their creative and loving presence is felt throughout. |
